My vote is on “fake”, too. Mario would not refer to a 2003 SCOTUS ruling and then make a very poor association with the case he’s actually arguing – that’s below average layman argument.

He clearly prefers much more complex smoke and mirrors and would’ve cited at least 3 rulings and 5 publications, all of which from before 1850, to make his case.
