Well, then, your only option is to try to get and Amendment added to the Constitution—until then, the law says otherwise.

By the way, why would the Founders care about the children of alien parents? In the 18th century travel “across the pond” was prohibitively difficult and anyone doing so was almost certainly on a one-way trip—the idea the the Founders would even think about the sort of case you and your ilk like to bring up (a child born in the US to a couple on vacation and raised entirely elsewhere) is ludicrous.

Anyone born in the United States is a natural born citizen as long as their parents are not foreign diplomats or part of an invading army.

Well David, your first paragraph is just a bold-faced LIE. You keep asking this same absurd question over and over again, like a broken record. You HAVE been given answers to it about why you are absolutely wrong – MANY times. You just keep pretending you didn’t hear these answers and go back to repeating the same nonsensical lies.

Your second paragraph gets to the heart of your problem – you simply can’t accept that “what seems to you” is NOT reality, so you pretend you don’t know what the actual law says, instead of going some honest democratic route of advocating change for your PERSONAL positions.

Sorry, but our actual laws in place, are different than what you merely desire. You would serve yourself better if you stopped pretending you weren’t already aware of that fact and simply stuck to honestly stating that you don’t like how our existing laws work and what their real implications are…

In the end, the courts and Obama’s supporters can’t tell us why We, The People — the ‘Consent of the Governed’, would allow those who have not pledged to support and abide by the U.S. Const. access to run for the two highest political offices in the land when nationalized U.S. citizens, those who have pledged their support and agreed to abide by the U.S. Const. aren’t allowed such a privilege?
