I saw a remake on TV a few years ago, but I haven’t watched the old version yet. It is on my list of things to watch when I have more time, which I figure will be after the election. In the meantime I am trying to keep my nose to the grindstone. I bet October is going to be a very Birfery month.

I see you are listed as a plaintiff along with the jailbird and felon Keith Judd. You guys are suing a sitting federal judge in Georgia. Really? Do you also play with gasoline and a box of strike anywhere matches for amusement? Of the two that is probably safer than where you are headed. (Figuratively speaking of course).

For some reason the software threw two of your comments into spam. This has happened to several regular commenters lately. I have no idea why that is happening because I can not see anything in them which should cause that. Anyway, I will start checking the spam more often.

That was the first thing my BFF said. Vexatious filers file because that is just what they do for a purpose in life. She tried to represent one once, and learned the hard way. Although she put an end to it petty quickly when the Republic of Texas person realized Fabia was going for his jugular in court, complete with jail time and loss of his assets, and the loss of his family’s assets for aiding and abetting him in his tort. Momma and Daddy had a come to Jesus meeting with him real fast.

But I don’t think Orly could pull off something like that. I doubt Mr. Judd can win any money, but he will tie her up in constant litigation to the cows come home.

PINK ANDERSON

Pinkney Anderson (1900-74) is today revered as one of the greatest of the Piedmont-style guitar-picking songsters, an inspiration to the British art-rock band Pink Floyd and to such folk-blues troubadours as Roy Book Binder and Paul Geremia. The South Carolina musician spent much of his career traveling with medicine shows and made only a handful of recordings. They offer a a rich sampling of his delightfully diverse repertoire of folk songs, blues, and rags. It is on such plaintive, rhythmically compelling performances that his considerable reputation stands.
