Anxiously watching for news at the Fogbow. Here's what is known at this time.

The State has objected to Orly being admitted pro hac vice - especially since she was at first denied for not following the rules.

Orly's sponsor is a total idiot!

My thoughts are either this judge has had some conversations with Attorney Black that made her decide to bring this circus into her courtroom or ... I just don't know.

We all know if the Judge grants Orly what she wants that it will be thrown out by a higher court. I think that the state made a mistake by not removing this case to a federal court. Something isn't right about Judge Reid's decisions so far...

Hi Notaxj!!!

Well, there is only a hour or so to go before we know. All I could find was the Emergency Hearing stuff, but I am not positive about it. I look for the hearing to be short.

Today's hearing will be, well, interesting. The reason I write this is because I don't think Taitz was told she could do everything that she is doing. The last hearing was to allow her to file a case against the SOS for fraud and all of the other crap. But she tossed in all of the other plaintiffs and I'm not so sure this is what Reid had in mind.

My guess is that Reid said Orly could sue for what she wanted to sue for based on the response from the SOS via the AG's office in which they stipulated in their reply that they had not been sued for their fiduciary duty and all of the other crap Orly wrote in her opposition.

But hey, I am not an attorney. I just have a best friend, like you Squeeky, that practiced law for 50 years and says everything that Taitz does is total BS and a waste of court resources. And he's not an Obama supporter, either.

It won't be long before we know the results and I'm glad the Fogbowsers have boots on the ground because we all know how Orly Taitz lies about what goes on in court, even when the court transcript is available.
