She Wanted To Believe So Badly, That She Swallowed It Hook, Line, And Sinker
A little over two months ago, on June 19, 2013, Orly Taitz went to a Tea Party rally in Washington D.C. where she met someone [allegedly named Laurie Hathaway] who claimed to be an employee of HESC, a student loan servicing company. She told Taitz that she had copies of papers showing that Obama attended Columbia as a foreign student, from Indonesia. Then, the Whistleblower disappeared for a few days, and then reappeared, then went silent again.
The Birther Think Tank did 4 separate articles on the Whistleblower, which are linked in Note 2, below. The last one of those articles was on July 11, 2013. I never put much credence in the story, and have been keeping an eye on Taitz’s website to see if anything definite ever surfaced. If I have successfully navigated her confusing website, where her every random thought seems to generate a post, there are five more articles on the Whistleblower, and one duplicative “press release” which I omitted.
To make it easier to read, I have liberally copied and pasted from her website, with the link back to her website. On August 10, she indicates that she managed to get back in touch with her contact, who was supposedly under FBI surveillance and harassment. This is evident from paragraphs 10, 11, and 12 of her affidavit to Darrell Issa, which I bolded, and from the title of the post which is underlined:

1. My name is Orly Taitz. I am a licensed attorney and a licensed Doctor of Dental Surgery. As an attorney and an officer of the court I swear under the penalty of perjury that all of the information below is true and correct and to the best of my knowledge and informed consent.
2. I am a President of Defend our Freedoms Foundation which is designed to preserve the constitutional freedoms of the U.S. citizens. In my youth I lived in the communist dictatorship of the Soviet Union and I am greatly concerned about the loss of the constitutional freedoms of the US citizens in the past few years.
3. In May of 2013 I participated at a Washington DC rally organized by a number of the US congressmen protesting the mega amnesty of millions of illegals that is currently pushed by the Democratic party as well as targeting of the conservative organizations by the IRS.
4. At the rally I met a whistle blower, employee of the HESC -Higher Education Services Corporation, Ms. Laurie Hathaway.
5. Ms. Hathaway advised me that she is desperately trying to provide the public with evidence of fraud committed by Barack Obama, specifically the fact that Barack Obama received an educational loan from HESC as a foreign citizen, a citizen of Indonesia. As a citizen of Indonesia he is not eligible to be the U.S. President. Ms. Hathaway stated that she forwarded this information to Sheriff Arpaio as well.
6. Ms. Hathaway has sworn to me that she personally saw the documents, showing Barack Obama listed as a foreign national, citizen of Indonesia in his loan documents.
7. Ms. Hathaway stated that the documents are never discarded and are kept in the vault at the HESC head quarters at Buffalo, New York. She advised me that other employees of the HESC saw the same documents and aware of Obama’s loans received based on his status of a foreign student and fraud committed by Obama in asserting his eligibility for the U.S. Presidency claiming the U.S. citizenship, while retaining the Indonesian citizenship.
8. I did my due diligence and checked and verified that Laurie Hathaway is indeed an employee of HESC in Buffalo, New York. I have in my position her e-mail address at the HESC and other identifying information.
9. Ms. Hathaway promised to obtain a copy of the document and forward it to me.
10. After the meeting I had one or two phone conversations with Ms. Hathaway and received one or two e-mails from her.
11. Shortly thereafter Ms. Hathaway’s cell phone was disconnected and nobody responded at her home number.
12. On 08.10.2013 I tried to contact her again. As I was leaving a message for her, a man answered the phone. The man sounded very frightened and asked me not to call or e-mail Ms. Hathaway because FBI is investigating Ms. Hathaway because she blew the whistle and provided information to me. They are afraid of the FBI. This phone conversation took place at 10:59 am, PST on 08.10.2013.
13. Intimidation and harassment of the whistle blower Laurie Hathaway by Holder Department of Justice and Mueller/Comey FBI is akin to the intimidation of citizens by the Hitler NAZI Gestapo or SS troops. This nation is rapidly becoming another NAZI tyranny, unless this is stopped by someone in the U.S. Congress or Judiciary who still retains one drop of decency, integrity, moral values and respect for the rule of law and the Constitution.
I am attaching herein a 146 file of additional evidence showing the citizen of Indonesia, Barack Obama, using a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs as a basis of his identity and eligibility to the U.S. Presidency and in order to defraud the U.S. citizens and usurp the position of the U.S. President and Commander-in Chief based on fraud, harassment, intimidation and use of multiple agencies of the U.S. government for purposes of terror an harassment of whistle blowers. I am prepared to testify before the U.S. Congress and attest to the authenticity of each and every document in the file as well as provide names of multiple other whistle blowers against Obama being terrorized and intimidated by the Department of Justice/FBI, other governmental officials, as well as by a number of state and federal judges.
I am requesting an immediate investigation by the U.S. Congress of the fact that a citizen of Indonesia, Barack Obama, is usurping the U.S. Presidency based on fraud, harassment, intimidation and use of stolen and fabricated IDs. I am also requesting a congressional investigation of the employees of the U.S. government, including employees of the Department of Justice and the FBI, federal and State judges, who are criminally complicit in the cover up of Obama’s fraudulent IDs and criminally complicit in terror and harassment of the whistle blowers who provided the aforementioned information to me.

Another problem seems to have arisen. In her original affidavit of June 19, 2013, Taitz said:
6. Whistleblower stated that she and several other employees made copies of the aforementioned foreign student record for Mr. Obama in case someone in the corporation management decides to destroy the original records.
I read that as meaning the Whistleblower had her own copy of the alleged documents. Now, look at paragraphs 6 and 9 above:

(Title) More information regarding HESC employee, whistle blower Laurie Hathaway, who is being harassed by the FBI due to the fact that she provided Attorney Orly Taitz information on Obama’s Indonesian citizenship and the fact that he received HESC foreign citizen student loans
Some Obama operatives have attacked me, claiming that information regarding FBI investigation of HESC employee Laurie Hathaway is not true. They are claiming this for the following reasons:
a. the phone call was made on Saturday and HESC is closed on Saturday
b. FBI does not tell employees that they are being investigated.
c. HESC is in New York and would not be dealing with records from Occidental college
here is the response from attorney Orly Taitz:
a. the call was made not to HESC, but to Laurie’s home phone number, land line, which she gave me and I have in my possession. Last 2 digits are “76″
b. FBI questions individuals whom they investigate, as such Laurie knows that she is being investigated
c. Barack Obama was a resident of New York state while he studied at Columbia University, which is located in New York City. There are millions of individuals around the country who are residents of different states while on green card, student visas and so on and who are citizens of other countries. Keep in mind, Obama was removed from his mother’s passport when he obtained his Indonesian citizenship.
After this post, The Albany Times Union ran a story on Taitz and the HESC Whistleblower, (See Note 3, below.) prompting this outburst:

Next, in post number Four, Taitz appeals for her Flying Monkeys to find someone named “Nick,” who works with the Whistleblower and may have a copy of the documents. In paragraph 4, she is trying to find out if the FBI is investigating the Whistleblower which indicates to me that she once again lost contact with her.

(Title) HESC in Albany New York admitted that whistle blower Laurie Hathaway indeed works for them, but claim that they do not have records of foreign student loans for Obama or Soetoro.
Laurie Hathaway, whistle blower from HESC gave Taitz a name of yet another employee by name Nick, who works with her and who, also, examined Obama’s foreign student loan documents.
I am asking my supporters to contact HESC and request clarification, whether:
1. HESC does not have records now, but they might have existed before or whether
2.they have records of all loans received from 1979 until now and among all of these loans there was never a loan given to a student by last name Obama or Soetoro or Soebarkah or Bounel.
3. seek a response from Obama. As Obama states that he finished paying his student loans only in 2004, he admitted that he received student loans and the public would like to know from which institutions did he get student loans or grants, specifically in light of revelations by the whistle blower . As Obama stated that he came from a poor family and he went to all expensive private schools: Punahoa high school, Occidental college, Columbia university and Harvard, there should be multiple loans. Where did he get those loans?
4. contact Albany NY FBI and request information, whether they are investigating a whistle blower Laurie Hathaway for blowing the whistle on Obama and HESC and alerting an attorney that Obama received a student loan from HESC as a foreign student and is hiding this information and HESC is hiding this information from the public as well.
Finally, by August 14, 2013 the Whistleblower’s FaceBook page is down and Taitz is trying to make contact with some of her friends.

Hathaway’s facebook page is deleted but three of her friends are Jocelyn levy (works at same place), cherylynn brewer, janet sweener. also work at same place Kimberly king, brenda eipp, kim vacc, bill ridings, anita norton Phillips, john j mullen , Karen Davidson Larsen, lori reinhart.
My GUESS is, that Laurie Hathaway is no longer available to Taitz, and is probably hiding out from her. It also looks like the incriminating documents don’t yet have an earthly manifestation. An ardent Obama BC defender asked incredulously: “The officials in Hawaii must be lying when they say that there is a valid birth certificate for Obama in the files? -and when they said that they made a photocopy of it onto security paper to created the long form BC?
Adrien Nash replied: What they claim is a flat-out provable lie. It’s unprovable that it isn’t a lie because the original record, under lock and key, will never be revealed. Thus they can say any damn thing that they want and no one can show that they are lying.
But I can show that they lied because what they claimed was impossible. Only an abstract digital file of pure text and no original paper background imagery can be printed on security paper with none of the image of the original paper present.
Otherwise you would see the original paper sheet that it was typed on at the hospital that created it and it would be surrounded by the image of security paper. You can’t print a photo of an original document retrieved from microfilm onto any paper but blank paper or else the pattern on the print-paper will interfere with the image of the photo.
To print on security paper one must have a file of text that contains no background, like it’s typed on clear plastic, floating in the air. That requires that one print from an abstract digital file which contains no background imagery.
The liars in the Dept. of Health claim to have witnessed that which is impossible, -the photocopying of an original birth certificate onto security paper. That has never been done in world history as a means of producing a birth certificate.
The Obama long form BC is an Abstract and no Abstract can be produced via photocopying. Photocopying does not produce an Abstract but instead produces a TRUE and CORRECT COPY.
Doing what they described would capture the image of the original paper that the record was typed on, and yet there is no paper image. Where did it go? Answer: it never existed, just like the original long form never existed either. The Hawaiian officials are just as corrupt and dishonest as the crook that they lie for.

Do you have any kind of critical thinking skills at all? First off, the Hawai’i DoH is the agency responsible, on the authority of the State of Hawai’i, for determining and certifying who was born in Hawai’i. Their official acts must be given full faith and credit according to the US Constitution. Like defendants accused of a crime are innocent until proven guilty, official statements and documents of the DoH are presumed to be correct until they are proven (in court, not in the dishonest, delusional minds of you and your ilk) to be otherwise. President Obama was born in Hawai’i and no birther will ever be able to prove differently in a US court of law.
Or, to put it more simply, duly designated representatives of the Hawai’ian DoH acting in their official capacity get the benefit of the doubt, while birther nutjobs acting under the influence of their ignorance and delusions, do not.
While you did realize that the rest of your comment was wrong, the fact that you posted it in the frist place is pretty embarrassing. It is obvious from looking at the LFBC and long forms issued before the DoH policy change to only issuing abstracts that they are all copies of the same type of original document—original birth certificates stored in the vault of the Hawai’i DoH.
Everything you said revealed nothing more than your own ignorance.

As a nation, we Americans take pride that the founding of our country was based on limited government and individual liberty, so much so that its people went to war with each other to make that liberty a reality for all Americans. You’ve become a disgrace of the highest order and owe all freedom loving Americans an apology.
Adrien made an error and corrected it himself. That’s more than can be said about you and some other Obots who continue to subvert truth, twist facts, run from answering direct questions, and continue championing the Big Lie that anyone not supporting Obama’s politics or believing his birth story is a racist.
You have no conclusive “tangible” evidence to present that would verify that the birth copy released in April 2011 “has” on it the same information that is claimed to be on the record alleged to be on file at the HDoH. You also don’t know what year that record alleged to be on file was put there, and if it even exist. You are taking the word [hearsay] of a handful of people claiming to have seen it, and believe 300 million Americans plus millions of others around the world who follow American politics should swallow that “hearsay” as the gospel truth. Buttttt, the best part is that no hospital has come forward with tangible proof to show Obama was born there.

Correction: After beginning to make a version of a BC that would look like what I supposed that Obama’s should look like, it occurred to me that printers don’t print white. So if the original is clean, then optimizing it during the scanning process would turn the background paper pure white, as was the case when they digitized the microfilm images and extracted only the black text. So a print would essentially only print the black text onto security paper since the white background would be ignored because white is the assumed color of the paper it would be printed on. So that theory is probably totally wrong. Oh well,…but that doesn’t mean that the lying liars in the DoH actually did what they claimed to have done, especially since they never do that for any other birth certificate because all of them are already digitized and in their data base. They just call up the record, and press print.
Also, does anyone really think that the 1961 bound volume is just sitting on a shelf and not under lock & key? Or if it is on a shelf that it still contains the affidavit and typed version that constitutes what they have the audacity to call the “original birth record” -like its some form of authentic official document signed by a doctor and Verna Lee? Bunk! or as Betty Davis once said: “Garbage, pure garbage!”
Senor Obama does not have an original Hawaiian hospital birth certificate and that’s why he can’t show the one that he’s used all of his adult life instead of needing to “request a copy” in 2008. What idiot would think that he never needed and never had a birth certificate before running for the office of President of the United States? You’d have to be the dumbest person on earth to believe that.
His problem is and was that he can’t show it to anyone because of what it reveals, whatever the heck that is. Probably a birth location in Vancouver, Canada.

Mr. Arnash: The 1961 bound volume is indeed under lock and key, as the Hawaii DOH has said before. They were concerned about security. They also have repeatedly said that they no longer print certified copies of the long form, and haven’t since about 2001 when they computerized their vital records. They never put their birth records onto microfilm/fiche.
As for using a birth certificate as an adult, Obama probably never had to use one as he has had a passport since he was a child. The last time I used my birth certificate was before I got my passport, many years ago.
I am so glad you realized your mistake about printing on security paper, as I was about to scoff at that claim. I’ve copied many typewritten or handwritten documents onto pre-printed, colored, or fancy papers without worrying about the white ink cartridge: everything from yard sale flyers, resumes, Christmas letters, term papers (to hide the white-out), to storybooks. Modern security paper exists because you can copy onto it.

Forgot to add that the images of the original records aren’t digitized, the data was entered into a database. When someone requests a certified BC, the registrar does push a button and generates the newer digital format, but it’s not an image, it’s text onto security papar.

The issue was that the error he made was so fundamental and showed such an egregious lack of understanding the topic that he was talking about that it gives the appearance that Adrien completely misunderstood the subject he was talking about. An appearance which is reinforced by every other thing he’s said.
Actually, most obots have shown themselves to be perfectly willing to admit it when they make a mistake, something that birthers, for the most part, will never do. Most likely because if the birthers started admitting the mistakes they made they would quickly get to the point where they couldn’t deny President Obama’s eligibility.
There are plenty of “obots” (i.e. anti-birthers) who don’t support President Obama’s politics or policies—personally, President Obama is far more conservative that I’d like (as seen in his policies regarding drones, civil liberties, and his failure to fight for a public option in Obamacare). Personally (and I think many, if not most, obots would agree), I don’t think that all birthers are racist, but, in order to be a birther, one must be either stupid, willfully ignorant, or dishonest and is, by definition, a bigot (due to their prejudice against President Obama). Not to mention the fact that birthers seem awfully comfortable with the many racist fellow travelers amongst their number. Not too surprising from a group of people who’s unifying trait is the desire to force the first African-American president to “show me your papers, boy”.
The Hawai’i DoH has repeatedly verified the information on both the COLB and the LFBC. Two official documents whose veracity has been confirmed by the issuing agency seem pretty “tangible” to me…

That’s right. Both birth certificates are a special form of hearsay known as prima facie evidence. This means that, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, the facts as they appear on the document must be taken to be true by any court in the United States. If you think President Obama was born somewhere else, find a birth certificate for him from Kenya (or wherever) which is verified by the appropriate governmental agency and take President Obama to court—you’d lose because any US court will give more weight to the Hawai’i DoH than any foreign official, but at least you would be trying. No birther has ever been able to even articulate their burden of proof, let alone shoulder it.
Again you throw in the word “tangible”. What do you want? A DNA sample of his placenta? What would constitute “tangible proof”? You’re just trying to set a standard that President Obama hasn’t met you are forced to use a standard that not only has no one been held to in the past, but no one at all could meet. The fact is that the hospital where President Obama was born proudly displayed a letter from President Obama in which he refers to being born there as a part of their centennial celebration—a letter that can still be found on their website. Far more “proof”, I’d wager, than you could muster to establish whatever hospital had the misfortune of seeing you into this world.
It’s about time that you and the other birthers get it through your thick skulls that you lost—President Obama has been elected twice and will never be running for re-election again.
